1. Introduction

Welcome to The Vision Church website. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, online forms, telephone communication services, text messaging services, email communications, and other digital resources provided by The Vision Church ("the Church," "we," "our," or "us").

The Vision Church is a faith-based organization located at 2711 Bemiss Road, Valdosta, Georgia 31602. Our mission and ministry activities are supported by digital technologies that help us communicate with individuals, coordinate church activities, and provide information about our services and ministries.

The Vision Church utilizes Rhema Growth System™, an integrated website, communications, customer relationship management (CRM), recording, and automation platform, to manage its digital communications and administrative operations.

By accessing or using our website and digital services, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. Certain services, including automated text messaging and telephone call recording, may require additional notices or consent.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the applicable website features or digital services.

2. Website Use

The Vision Church provides its website to share information about worship services, ministry activities, community outreach, special events, and opportunities to connect with the Church.

Visitors may access publicly available information for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes.

Users agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access to its systems, submit fraudulent information, distribute malicious software, or engage in activities that violate applicable laws.

The Church reserves the right to restrict access to website features when reasonably necessary to protect its systems, visitors, personnel, or ministry operations.

3. Online Forms and Information Submissions

The Vision Church provides online forms for general inquiries, church connection cards, prayer requests, ministry participation, event registrations, volunteer opportunities, and other church-related purposes.

When submitting information through these forms, individuals agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge and that they are authorized to submit.

Information submitted through the Church's website may be transmitted to and stored within The Vision Church's designated account in Rhema Growth System™.

Submitting a form may result in a contact record being created or updated within the Church's communication management system.

The Church may use submitted information to respond to inquiries, coordinate ministry activities, manage registrations, and provide requested information.

Submitting a form does not automatically authorize unrelated promotional communications or automated text messaging. Where required, separate consent will be requested.

The collection, use, and storage of personal information are further described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Telephone Communications and Call Recording

The Vision Church uses telephone communication services integrated with Rhema Growth System™.

Telephone calls handled through the Church's configured telephone services are recorded, and the recordings and related call information are stored within Rhema Growth System™.

Call records may include incoming and outgoing telephone numbers, dates, times, call durations, voicemail messages, audio recordings, and related communication information.

These records may be used for administrative documentation, responding to inquiries, ministry coordination, communication quality assurance, and appropriate follow-up.

Call recordings are intended for authorized church purposes and are not made available for public distribution.

The Vision Church will provide any recording notice and obtain any consent required by applicable federal or state law. Where consent is required, a caller's continued participation will be treated as consent only when legally sufficient.

Individuals who prefer not to participate in recorded telephone communications may contact the Church through email at [email protected] or through other available communication methods.

5. Text Messaging (SMS) Terms and Conditions

The Vision Church may offer text messaging services to individuals who provide their mobile telephone numbers and consent to receive messages.
